dun…Dun…DUN!!!! Today I weighed in at 236.5, which is a 4.3 loss for the week! This brings my total weight loss since 9/28 to 19.5 pounds. That’s 7.6% of my body weight GONE. Just 49 days ago my BMI was at 44.1. Today it’s 41.3…that is a 6.3% decrease. (See the rest of my progress by clicking here.)
Needless to say (but I will anyways 
) I am THRILLLLLED! Not quite to the 20 lb mark I was hoping for, but I am NOT complaining! Yeah, don’t mind me, I’ll be the silly girl in the corner doing her happy dance all day…haha.
Just for fun, I’ll list 7 items (since I’m done with Week 7) that I have on my wishlist…if anyone has any experience with these products (or recommendations for brands) please share.

- Nike LunarGlide+
- Active Style Headphones (Can’t do earbuds)
- MP3 Player (I’ve been using my phone)

This is SO great!! Good job on your diet, I guess, huh? How’s the arm feeling? Look at that: only 5.5 pounds away from hitting your first goal. This truly is excellent work.

I so, so, so want a camelback water bottle! I love them. I am going to get myself one for the spring since I have been doing a lot of biking, hiking and running on nature trails.
I just bought myself a new yoga mat from Gaiam. It is so much more cushiony than my walmart special mat. LOL. Gave my walmart one to my daughter which she in turn lets the dog sleep on! He, he!
Great job on your weight loss! You go girl! Just wait until you start running. When I started, I lost 15 lbs the first month from the running!

I have a camelbak water bottle, the one with the straw. I got the sleeve over it to keep the water a bit cooler. I like it BUT the water does come up the straw & tend to leak out. I have also read some conflicting views on water bottles & the stainless steel are supposed to be more toxin safe, I believe. You might want to Google online & in fact, I think I have an article somewhere……
I also have a post on a certain brand on exercise balls that were popping due to over inflating: The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has sent out a recall of over 3,000,000 stability balls. These stability balls were made by EB Brands and were under the brand names of Bally Total Fitness, Everlast, Valeo and Body Fit Fitness Balls

I also love the Total Body BalanceBall Kit, which includes a balance ball and a resistance band. It comes with 2 DVDs as well, if I remember correctly!
