		<description>Looks like you already got lots of advice!!!! I make sure my healthy breads have a good amount of fiber, 4 grams or more. I like my oatmeal - although mine is a mix of oats, rye, millet &amp; such. I love my veggies which were already mentioned &amp; apples too! Looks like you got great advice!</description>

		<description>I also use the ground flax in smoothie and on oats ect.. I eat lots of broccoli and brussel sprouts too. Also, I use frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries) in my smoothies and oats as well. Lots of fiber there. :)</description>

I also like the sugar-free inulin powder in my coffee-reminds me, I&#039;m out.

Another vote for high-fiber, low carb tortillas here!

Oh, and I make tea with chia seeds. Definitely an acquired taste and texture, but very nutritious and tons of fiber!</description>
