NEW RECORD!

OH HELL YEAH!

Tomorrow’s goal? to get under 16!

Weeeeeeeee!

And just think, it was only 4 months ago that I found it hard to walk at 1.5 mph! (That’s a 40 minute mile!)

happy dance!

I felt SO strong tonight at the gym…what a great feeling.

52.1 miles walked/jogged/ran since January 1st. (2010 Goal: 500)
13.9 miles biked since January 1st. (2010 Goal: 300)
(2) 5K finished since January 1st. (2010 Goal: 12)
