		<description>Awesome Job on the 1 mile under 15!!!!  I just found your blog and have enjoyed reading it so far.  I agree about NOT setting a weight loss goal -- sometimes you just can&#039;t control the scale and how your body likes to disagree with your work......

What you can control is what you put into your body and what activity that you do....Everything else will follow.  Congrats on your success.
