Have you ever seen a face so red?

Time spent on treadmill? 1 Hour, 45 minutes
Total distance? 6.01 miles (Farthest EVER for me at once!)

Leaving the gym looking like this:

PRICELESS!!!

Oh hell yes! What an awesome workout! My face gets SOOO red, doesn’t it? :-P So, now I’m less than 5 miles from reaching my perfect 10 goal, which I shall try to get tomorrow morning before work.

I’m SO motivated!!!

95.11 miles walked/jogged/ran since January 1st. (2010 Goal: 500)
14.9 miles biked since January 1st. (2010 Goal: 300)
(3) 5K finished since January 1st. (2010 Goal: 12)

I strictly recommend not to hold off until you get enough amount of money to order goods! You can just take the personal loans or just sba loan and feel yourself free

Wow-o-wow!!! Awesome workout for ya!!! I’m impressed by your goals, and how consistently you’re working toward them. (And yes, my face gets beet red, too, when I work out…always has, even when I was a healthy pup in high school running cross country.)

Absolutely love this!!! I walked a mile on the treadmill today and I was really red too…thought about taking a pic, but I was too chicken.

You are doing so well, my aunt mentioned to me today how great you are doing. She was checking out your 35andShrinking page and was really impressed.
