dun…Dun…DUN!!!! Today I weighed in at 236.5, which is a 4.3 loss for the week! This brings my total weight loss since 9/28 to 19.5 pounds. That’s 7.6% of my body weight GONE. Just 49 days ago my BMI was at 44.1. Today it’s 41.3…that is a 6.3% decrease. (See the rest of my progress by clicking here.)

Walked about a mile last night with my family and got 2 miles in this morning at the gym and I feel good great. My breathing is a lot better and the coughing is all but gone, thankfully!
