ABOUT ME
| I'm 35 and I have a lot of shrinking to do, hence the name of this blog. In Sept. 2009 I embarked on this journey to lose 121 pounds. In that time, I've tried new foods, joined a gym, started to run (& liked it!), participated in four 5Ks, broken my Pepsi habit, started new healthier habits, and I've blogged about it ALL. The best part about this journey has been the awesome support from other weight-loss & health minded bloggers. This community is like no other! Some of my favorites are listed on my blogroll below.
