Non-Scale Goals
2010 NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS:
- Walk/run/jog 500 miles (logging it here)
- Finish the C25K program
- Start riding my bike: January 20, 2010
- Not drink ANY soda
- Participate in (12) 5k races for the year (hopefully running at least one): 6 down, 6 to go and I did run one!
- Start a garden
- Sign up for karate (or another martial art if karate not available)
- Stay within my budget every month (using YNAB)
- Organize family reunion: May 29, 2010
- Read the entire Bible using this plan.
FITNESS GOALS:
- Walk stairs without getting winded
- Finish a mile in under 18 minutes: January 23, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 17 minutes: February 9, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 16 minutes: February 10, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 15 minutes: February 17, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 14 minutes: February 27, 2010
- Finish a mile in under 13 minutes
- Finish a mile in under 12 minutes
- Finish a mile in under 11 minutes
- Finish a mile in under 10 minutes
- Run a 1/4 mile without having to stop to walk: January 25, 2010
- Run a half mile without having to stop to walk: February 27, 2010
- Run a mile without having to stop to walk: April 17, 2010
- Run 2 miles without having to stop to walk: May 8, 2010
- Run a 5k race without having to stop to walk: June 12, 2010
- Finish a half-marathon
- Finish a marathon
- Win an award for my age-group in a race
OTHER GOALS:
- Tuck my shirt in
- Wear a belt
- Be able to cross my legs: May 7, 2010
- Wear bathing suit in public, without a cover up: June 20, 2010
- No longer have a double chinĀ
- Have better posture March 10, 2010
- Be able to tie my shoes with ease
- Ride bikes with my girls
- Buy clothes from a regular store
- Wear a pretty, sexy bra
- Wear white
- Get approved for health insurance
- Order/buy clothes without having to trying on first
- Throw my granny panties away and get some sexy, feminine ones
- Wear single digit pants size
