Those of you on my Facebook already know this, but the 911 Fitness Challenge that I joined in January came to an end yesterday and here’s how I did:

Jan. 1 – 231.2
Apr. 1 – 207.0

I weighed in this morning at 208.9 lbs which is a 2.9 lb loss for the week. This brings my total weight loss so far to 47.1 pounds.
