Final Tally for Tomorrow

So, here’s my final tally for tomorrow’s workout pledge:
13.5 minutes of running at 4.5 mph
1 minute walking at 3.5 mph
8 minutes on elliptical
40 crunches
80 squats
20 reps on weight machine
6 minutes on exercise bike
9 minutes on stairmaster
I will also do a circuit of all of them (a minute of each) at Jody’s recommendation.

Gym Recap and Arm Update

As I previously mentioned, I’m not “officially” part of this challenge, because I got in too late, so this is just for fun.
My goals for last week were:

No carbonated beverages. period. Sucess!
Complete Week 1 Days 1-3 of C25K training. Still haven’t started.
Walk at least 5 miles for the week. Walked 1.
No more Halloween Candy. Sucess!
