I weighed in this morning at 203.5 lbs which is a 4.4 lb gain for the week. This brings my total weight loss so far back down to 52.5 pounds.

Today was such a whirlwind, I hardly know where to start.
I showed up at the gym this morning with my list of exercises from my workout pledge ready to go. My sister was there to join me but what I didn’t know was that Michelle, the owner of the gym, would also be there [...]
So, here’s my final tally for tomorrow’s workout pledge:
13.5 minutes of running at 4.5 mph
1 minute walking at 3.5 mph
8 minutes on elliptical
40 crunches
80 squats
20 reps on weight machine
6 minutes on exercise bike
9 minutes on stairmaster
I will also do a circuit of all of them (a minute of each) at Jody’s recommendation.
