It’s no secret that I struggled pretty bad last month. Thankfully, I’m making strides now to “come back” and re-lose what I gained. I’m getting my mojo back and I sure don’t want to lose it again…so that’s where this post comes in. [...]

I’m sorry I’ve been so quiet this week. It’s been a crazy, hectic week for sure. I’ll start with today’s weigh-in:
I weighed in this morning at 199.1 lbs which is a .3 lb loss for the week. This brings my total weight loss so far to 56.9 pounds.
